He really does have it down to a to a fine-tuned system!
Although I've had a couple of decent successes at rehabbing, I admit that at times I've gotten
bogged down with making accurate repair estimates every time, finding the right contractors and managing them correctly, not getting quick enough sales
after the work was done, having my funds tied up which prevented me from getting into new deals, etc. Well Joel knows the
potential mistakes and hang-ups and he's figured out ways around all of them. He just continously and seemlessly moves from deal to deal collecting

I attended Joel's Fast Sales seminar on January 28th, 2008. Now I really can't wait for the
Rehab Seminar this March. I now know from first hand experience that Joel is very serious about releasing his knowledge
and serious about helping his students succeed. His seminar was extremely organized, thorough,
and informative - I learned many things that I will be able to start applying to my business
immediately! This was only one seminar, in one 8-hour period... so I can't even imagine how
much I will learn at his 3 day rehab seminar!
I expect Joel's seminar to give me a great jump start for 2008 and help me take my business into high gear!
